In case you haven’t noticed, we like to eat.  And eating our own cooking here is often better, because we can order all our ingredients for a recipe online and have them shipped to the house.  Tonight, it’s baked salmon with peppers and green onions in a white wine and lime sauce, with seasoned spinach, honey-glazed green beans, and rice.

Tonight’s gonna be a good night.
