Rather than respond to all the points in his post, I’ll just highlight a few of the more radical ones and let them speak for themselves.

To give preference to the life of a being simply because that being is a member of our species is just like racists who give preference to those who are members of their race. Put quite simply, a fetus is not a person because it is not capable of rationality or self-consciousness.  It is just as capable of suffering, consciousness, and rational thinking as a sperm cell, and much less conscious than the many animals you probably consume.

Besides highlighting that I accidentally repeated myself, you aren’t portraying anything wrong with my argument.
